What is Vivora diCare?
Vivora diCare is a digital diabetes management system that combines automatically all diabetes data (blood glucose, insulin, etc.) and health parameters (weight, blood pressure, steps, etc.) in one platform - even wirelessly and for devices from different manufacturers. Clear graphics support you in your day-to-day diabetes management.
You can use Vivora diCare in three ways: as an online, PC and app version. After you have registered at https://care.vivora.health, all functions are available to you. The Vivora diCare app is the perfect complement for your online version. You can easily and quickly read out your Bluetooth devices via the Vivora diCare app and synchronize the data into your online account. This allows you to view clear graphs showing the development of your values and vital signs, as well as trend arrows and smileys to provide an overview of your therapy progress - around the clock and on the go. Vivora diCare was developed with renowned diabetologists in Germany in collaboration with diabetes nurses and assistants and is suitable for all types of therapy. It is an approved medical device.
How does the Vivora diCare app work?
With the Vivora diCare app, you can connect via Bluetooth the devices you use for your diabetes management and read them simply by pressing a button. These devices can be devices for blood glucose monitoring, insulin delivery and other health data (blood pressure monitor, body scale, pedometer, etc.).
Depending on your approval, you can share your data with your diabetes team. Then they can see the same values and graphs. This way, based on your therapy goal, you can jointly monitor the progression of values, understand the impact of individual parameters, such as insulin dosage, carbohydrates and exercise, and make changes together.
